The annual Contractors Yard Sale will help raise funds for the Home Builders Association of Southwest Colorado Trade Scholarship Fund and the Habitat for Humanity of La Plata County.

Local companies in the home building industry from all over the 4 corners area are coming together to sell building products at deeply discounted prices. The building products will go fast and the sale is one day only!

When: Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

 

Where: 16 East Owen Rd, Durango CO 81301. It is the empty lot at the corner of East Owen Road and Davidson Creek Road near Southwest Appliance and Tile and Light Art of Durango in Three Springs.
